WHY MAY I NEED THERAPY?

At some time in our life, we all experience difficult and challenging periods. It is inevitable. But what is not inevitable is allowing it to control our lives. I utilize a heart-centered integrative holistic process, that helps you connect with your mind, body, and spirit. You can discover how to be grounded in your body, allowing you to open up and can find your inner stability. By learning to listen to your thoughts, you will hear what you are telling yourself that keeps you feeling unworthy, guilty, helpless, or stuck. Finding your deepest self will allow you to realize your divine nature and connect with your spiritual essence and inner wisdom.

In your exploration and learning, a shift takes place where you regain stability, develop trust, and reach your deeper potential to work through difficult times successfully with a new level of consciousness.

WHERE DO WE BEGIN

The first session is designed to get to know each other and see how we can help you find harmony and balance. Identifying the right person that fits with your journey is the most important initial step. We then determine the course and strategy to assist your needs.

We can meet weekly, biweekly, monthly or in a time frame that meets with your needs. This can be by office in the San Diego area, phone consultation, or via Skype.
